Shipping policy

- We currently only ship within Canada.

- Shipping service is available via Canada Post and UPS.

- If not specified by the customer, we ship via Expedited by Canada Post.

- Postage and packaging are charged at the cost.

- We are currently experiencing supply issues, please contact us to get the lead time.

- In-stock items will usually be shipped in 1-2 business days.

- Tracking numbers will be sent to the customer via email once the order is shipped.

- If an order has not been shipped, cancellation of such order will not incur a charge.

- If an item was returned due to an incorrect shipping address or rejected by the receiver, there will be a restocking fee applied if a refund is issued.
